Guided Tour

$3 per person. Minimum of 12 people or $36

Your group will receive a docent-led guided tour of the Indianapolis Art Center building (includes studios), contemporary exhibitions or ARTSPARK (weather permitting. April-September)

45 minutes — 1 hour

Self-guided Tour and Demo

Must receive prior permission to ensure no scheduling conflicts. Your group will receive a docent lead guided tour of building, exhibitions, or ARTSPARK. 30–45 minutes

Choose a demonstration in glassblowing, ceramics, printmaking, or painting that will last 45 minutes.

$175 for adult groups of up to 12 and kids groups of up to 18. If you have more in your group you will need to schedule another demonstration.

Hands-on Activities

Includes a 30-45 minute guided tour of building, exhibitions or ARTSPARK and an activity led by a professional working artist. Yearlong activities include: glass blowing, drawing, painting, ceramics, pottery, collage books, collage painting, beaded jewelry, metalsmithing, mixed-media sculpture and fiber arts. Cancellations

Please call Amanda Walters at 317.255.2464 ext. 249 at least 72 hours prior to your visit if you must cancel a tour. We will do everything we can to help you reschedule. “No shows” will be charged a $25 processing fee to the credit card used to hold the reservation.

Meals

If you choose not to bring your own, the Art Center can set up a boxed lunch for your group at an extra charge.
